to accomodate 18 courtrooms and all court-related departments
and row offices. The design responds to the scale and
architectural style of this historic town.

Terminal D/E Expansion and Modernization
Philadelphia, PA
This seven gate, 40,000 SF addition contains a number
of intricate structural features. Framed in steel, this building
uses 14 ft deep trusses to span over 110 feet, carrying floors
at both the top and bottom chords. Additionally, these massive trusses
support another floor, which is actually hung from the bottom chord. |

Atlantic County Criminal Court Complex
Mays Landing, NJ
This 176,000 SF complex houses the offices of the county prosecutor
and sheriff in addition to the criminal court operations.

Delaware County Prison
Thornton, PA
Design services for a single-story, 273,000 SF prison facility.
The structure consists of seven separate units, utilizing
a unique adaptation of precast concrete construction, the
modular precast cell. Individually plant precast with all appurtenances,
then delivered to the site, resulting in an astounding 13-day erection time.
